He was predeceased by: his brothers, Eugene Kalisek and James Kalisek; and his grandson Ethan Kalisek. He is survived by: his parents, Jim Kalisek and Ella Kalisek (Holly); his children, Judy Kocjan of Albany, NY, Jerome "Jay" Michael of Genoa City, WI, Jeffrey Kalisek and Joseph Kalisek of Genoa City, WI; and his siblings, Marilyn DeMarco, Elsie Walla, Jimmie Reese and Joseph Kalisek. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the McHenry VFW Post #4600 at 3002 W. Route 120, McHenry, IL 60050.
