He is survived by: his mother Ruthann Wishart (Walters); his wife Deborah McCammon; his daughter Angela Degeyter; his siblings, Brian Kanouse (Bambi) and Kristi Roberts; his grandchild Taylor Carire; and his nieces and nephews, Mike Kanouse, Greg Kanouse, Sophia Kanouse, Cory Foren (Sarah), Paige Foren, Jase Foren, Brandon Foren, Kelly Roberts and Justien Langhans (Kyle).
