He was predeceased by: his daughter Crystal Foster; and his brother Eric Foster. He is survived by: his parents, Arvin Foster and Janice Foster (Hotuiz); his wife Pamela Poyner; his daughter Kim Payton (Jim); his sisters, Dawn Gee (Steve) and Tisha Chandler (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Serena, Kim, Diamond and Serenity. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
