He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Meyers and Margaret Meyers (King); his wife Esther C. Freund; and his siblings, Bud, Laura, Annabel and Evelyn.
He is survived by: his sons, Dennis Meyers (Terri) of Tonto Verde, AZ and Richard Meyers (Judy) of McHenry; and his grandchildren, Michelle Scavo (Scott), Robin Bittner, Michael Meyers (Samantha), Brandi Evans (Nicholas), Brett Meyers (Traci), Steve, Megan, Dylan and Brennan Doherty. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
