He is survived by: his parents, Donald Blake and Nancy Blake (Justen); his wife Jennifer Blake; his daughters, Magdalena, Victoria and Alexandra; and his siblings, David Blake (Kim) and Debbie Drinkwater. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date due to Covid-19 restrictions.
