She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Henk and Bertha Henk (Kamp). She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Woellert; her children, Thomas Woellert (Renae), Susan Flogel (Cletus) and Linda Boyd (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Tricia Higgins, Kristen Servais (Ryan), Sarah Modloch (Tyler), Brittany Flogel, Tiffany Crabb (David), Ashley Flogel and Sage Boyd; and her great grandchildren, Emmett Archie, Ollie, Parker and Olivia.

Her family suggests memorials be made to Zion Lutheran Church.
