He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Winter and Lucille Winter. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Winter; his children, Tracy Winter of Lakemoor, IL and Kristen Froelich (Jimmy); his foster daughter Melissa Gross; his grandchildren, Faith, Brandon Anderson and Brian Froelich; his great grandchild Anthony; and his brother David Winter (Lin). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
