She is survived by : her husband Dennis; her sons, Tony Cook (Debbie), Darrel Cook, David Cook and Mark Zielinski (Sabrina); her grandchildren, Angela, Homer, Dustin, Joey, Kirsten, Kaitlin, Addison, Delilah, Stella, Julius and Heinrich; her great grandchild Mason; and her brother John Bentz.
