She was predeceased by: her parents, Artis Tencel Creel and Laverne Creel (Tomaske); and her siblings, Vernell Foley (Tippy), Roxanne Hawkins, Artis Creel (Bunny) and Rocklyn Creel.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Provenzano; her children, Roxanne Olson, Autumn Carew (Mark), Monte Shawn Hager, Dove Daniel Lopez, Holly Hager, Heidi Wekerle (Alex), Valli Arber (Pat) and Heather Hager; and her siblings, Rachel Creel, Lesley Nelson and Angie Hollingsworth. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
