He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Benchick and Eileen Benchick; his wife Bernice M. Benchick; and his brother Miles "Guy" Benchick. He is survived by: his children, Stephen P. Benchick of McHenry, Deborah Winkler (James) of Lake Villa, Cynthia Belluomini (Walter) of Davenport, FL, Michelle Grossich (Keith) of McHenry and Laura Hill (late Kevin) of Antioch; his grandchildren, Jennifer Dinschel, Rachele Belluomini, Christopher Winkler (Chrissy), Jackson, Austin (Desi), Amber Grossich and Tyler Hill; his great grandchild Carly Winkler; his sister Eileen McGann; and also Tracy Braunstein.
