He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Welninski and Charlotte Welninski (Padilla). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Welninski (Semro); his children, Thomas Welninski (Deann), Robert Welninski (Jessi), Anthony Lucia and Nicole Blom; his grandchildren, Joseph, Anne, Carter, Ronny, Andy, Anthony, Dylan and Lexi; his sister Frannie Zeck (Richard); and his sister-in-law Mary Harrell (Royal).
