He is survived by: his children, Jessica McCormick-Ell (Joel) and Tim Mann Jr.; his grandson Bennett Ell; and his siblings, Nancy Cheeseman (John), Janice Mann and Dennis Mann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
