She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernie Blade and Josephine Blade. She is survived by : her daughters, Tammy Archambeau (Ron), Sandy Matthews-Rose (Howard), Debra Boeck and Angela Ryan (Tom); her grandchildren, Misty, Nate Wilson, Cecily, Patrick Burke, Keely, Graham Weber, April Rose, James, Niki Roden, Taylor Roden, Hayden Clemons, Amanda, Brent Kinsella, Cori Wiese and Jessie; and her great grandchildren, Dayton, Wyatt, Titus, Joseph, Averie, Beau, Blair, Krystina, Heaven, Autumn, Logan, Quinn, Laken, Rylee, Quintin, Jaelyn, Addasyn, Paisley and Aubrey.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
