She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Paul Cummines, Donna Lane and James DeWitt. She is survived by: her parents, Paul Cummines of Shipman and Heather Nicole "Nikie" Lawson (DeWitt) of Medora; her fiancé Drew Jackson of Medora; her children, Finlee, Bodi and Lovelynn; her grandparents, James Lane of Godfrey and Sandy DeWitt of Jerseyville; Mike Jackson (Jamie) and Jody Jackson. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
