He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvis Welch and Pauline Welch (Sills); and his brother Gerald Welch. He is survived by: his wife Kimberley A. Welch of Mendota; his children, Michelle Gonzalez (Pedro) of Mendota and Timothy Welch (Noreen) of Mendota; and his grandchildren, Austin Welch, Dylan Welch, Alex Gonzalez, Evelina Gonzalez and Landyn Welch. He is also survived by 6 brothers; 3 sisters and many nieces and nephews.
