He is survived by: his cousin Gail Sibigtroth; his former wife Earlene Klinefelter; his sons, David Arthur Hof (Deb Hagemann) and Timothy George Hof (Carole Mabry); his grandchildren, Jerad Hof (Tori Pennebaker) and Rachel Hof; and his great grandchild Adeline Bree Hof.
