She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ireland and Annie Ireland (Jakeman); her husband Stuart Montooth; her sister Ann Gurkin; and her son-in-law William Reckamp.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Reckamp of Lake Villa, IL, Dorothy McDonald (Robert) of Hutchinson Island, FL, Martha Krausz (Kenneth) of Highland, IL and Edward Montooth (Sheila) of Wilmington, DE; her grandchildren, Kevin, Jason, Mark Krausz, Stephanie, Edward, Thomas and Joseph Montooth; and her great grandchildren, Camden, Iris, Eden Krausz, Ellie, Addy and Sophie Krausz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to The Earlville United Methodist Church, or University of Illinois Foundation, ACES, 1301 W. Gregory Dr., Urbana, IL 61801-9015 in support of the S. Stuart and Mary S. Montooth Scholarship Fund.
