She was predeceased by : her parents, George Sahinen and Catharine Sahinen (Kneedler); her husband Stanley Syskowski; her brothers, James and Rick Sahinen; and her grandchildren, Catharine and Matthew Henkel.
She is survived by : her children, James Syskowski of Mesa, Susan Henkel (Paul) of Sublette and Jane Chase (Joe) of Gresham; her grandchildren, Rachel Tarr (Andrew) of Amboy, Sarah Gehant of Mendota, Cammie Henkel (Matt) of Byron, Ben Chase (Nicole) of Gresham, Tim Chase of Newport and Michelle Chase of Portland, Oregon.; her great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Nicholas, Lauren Tarr, Ashton, Claire, Mara Henkel, Abigail Gehant, Paul, Elizabeth, David and Andrew Chase; and her caregiver Lois Schwemlein of Mendota. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
