He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl G. Williams and Helen L. Williams (Harrison); and his siblings, Marvin and Ida Marlene. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Lila Williams (Junis) of Kearney, Nebraska; his nieces and nephews, Cindy (Mike Laue), Randy Williams, Nancy (Todd Boyle) and Eric Peterson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan, Stacy, Kent, Justin, Aaron, Marissa, Elise and Evan; and his cousins, Judy, Ernie Thompson, Dawn Bradley, Tony Kopec, JerriLynn Hoffine and Jack Williams.
