It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Stevenson (Mendota, Illinois), born in Troy Grove, Illinois, who passed away on October 23, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester McLaughlin and Lucy McLaughlin (Miller); her husband Warren G. Stevenson; her son Dale; and her grandson James Sexton.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Stevenson (Sue) of Salem, WI., David Stevenson (Lois) of Zumbro Falls, MN, Jill Hendry of Naples, FL. and Ronda Cowgill of Dayton, OH; and her siblings, Mildred Melau and Lauren "Bud" McLaughlin. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed Mendota Area Senior Services or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
