He was predeceased by: his parents, Esselman A Holt and Ione Holt (McKinney). He is survived by: his children, David A. Holt Jr. (Edwards), Timothy Holt (Susan) of Metamora and Susan Campbell (Doug) of Custer, SD.; his granddaughters, Kelsey Treece (Jeremy), Kristen Holt and Lauren Holt; his sister V. Ann Robinson of Peoria; and his close friend Akita. He is also survived by two nieces, two nephews.
