With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Ballard (Metamora, Illinois), born in McLeansboro, Illinois, who passed away on July 1, 2006 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edward Ballard to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ballard and Hazel Ballard (Adams); his former wife Elva Miles; and his son Eddie Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Velva F. Walker of Bayview Gardens; his children, Paula Isenberg (Micheal) of Clinton, TN, Kathy Joseph of Bayview Gardens and Cary Ballard (Nicole) of Metamora; his stepchildren, Rick Rubel (Vicky), Deb Matheny, Pam Lotz, Kim Thurston (Kenny), Jeff Rubel (Maxine) and Kenneth Rubel; and his brother Curtis Ballard (Karen) of East Peoria. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, CDC guidelines will be followed as well as social distancing and the wearing of masks.
