He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles M. Fandel and Vernice F. Fandel (Fletcher); his wife Barbara L. Schiffbauer; his sons, Ronald Fandel (Julie) of Metamora, Roger Fandel (Teresa) of Metamora and Rodney Fandel (Lori) of Lowpoint; his grandchildren, Kayla Spangler (Ross), Elizabeth Keller (Chris), Lance Fandel (Jill), Andrew, Drake and Samuel Fandel; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Mallory, Reed Spangler, Carter, Kinzley Keller and Boyd Fandel; and his brothers, Clifford Fandel and Russell Fandel.
Due to COVID-19, CDC guidelines will be followed with social distancing and masks are to be worn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Metamora Fire Department, 120 South Davenport Street, Metamora, IL 61548 or to Christian Union Church, 925 West Walnut Street, Metamora, IL 61548.
