Adams (Susan) of Palatine, IL; her grandchildren, Alissa Geist (Peter) of Wexford, PA, Zander Adams (Lindsay) of West Chester, PA, Madeline Adams and Joseph Adams of Palatine, IL; and her great grandchild Nolan Geist of Wexford, PA..
