He was predeceased by: his brother Kenneth Bohm. He is survived by: his brother Robert Bohm; his children, Chris Gavlin (Tim), Denis Bohm (Claudia), Kate Smith (Tim), Matt Frank (Alison Stein) and Jason Frank (Elana); his grandchildren, Patrick, Bridget Gavlin (Annie), Kyle Bohm (Haley), Erin, Hayley, Dana Smith, Evelyn Frank, Levi, Avidan and Matan Frank; and his great grandchildren, Charlie and Daniel Bohm.
