He is survived by: his wife Amy; his sons, Nicholas, Alex and Matthew; his parents, Janet Fleming and Sandy Domek; and his siblings, Dave Domek (Renita), John Domek (Melody), Jody McGuire, Mary Blackmore (Marvin) and Joe Domek (Danielle). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (312 Lincoln Ave, Woodstock, IL 60098).
