Elmore (Jamie) of Mukwonago, WI and Rick Van Drew (Connie) of Polo; his sister Laura Cox (Tim) of Kyle, TX; his uncle Dan Dodge of Waukee, IA; his grandchildren, Travis Van Drew (Monica), Adrienne Williams (Alex), Garrett Van Drew (Shainah Briggs), Brandon Albrecht, Connor Albrecht, Payton Cassidy and Matthew Elmore; and his great grandchild Frank.
