He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob A. Henderson and Lila P. VanBeuning; his siblings, Esther, Ruth, Jim, Dean and Art; and his daughter-in-law Chris.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Avery; his children, Jill Henderson of San Antonio, TX, Gary Henderson of Atlanta, Jake Henderson (Brenda) of Mackinaw and Kevin Henderson (Jennifer) of Bloomington; his stepchildren, Martha Avery of Pekin, David Avery (Peggy) of Pekin and Jim Avery of South Carolina; and his siblings, Mary Jane Belsher of Chesterfield, MO and Wayne Henderson (Edna) of Susanville, CA.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 step-grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, seven step great grandchildren.
