She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mothers, Corinne Creager and Mable Leach; her husband Michael Frederick Schmidgall, Jr.; her children, Jacquelyn Schmidgall of Kewanee, Michael Schmidgall (Lisa) of Mackinaw and Joan Harrison (Bill) of Minier; her grandchildren, Justin Schmidgall (Jill) of Bloomington, Brandon Schmidgall (Jessica Toureene) of Mackinaw, Corinne Harrison (Ryan Malone) of Minier and Shane Harrison of Minier; her great grandchildren, Quinn, Ozzie and Myra Schmidgall of Bloomington; her brothers, Dean and Roderic; and also Jean McVicar of Mansfield, OH.. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
