He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Mildred; his daughters, Rebecca Mason (Randy) and Bridgette Kavanagh (John); his grandchildren, Justine Hackler (Cal), William Kavanagh, Sam Mason and Sophia Mason; and his siblings, Walter Pote Jr. (Linda), John Pote (Sharon), Diane Lavin (Pat), James Pote, Daniel Pote, Marjorie Costa and Michael Pote (Sharon).
