Livingston (Kendra) and Matthew C. Livingston (Toby); his grandchildren, Becky Livingston, Sara Ribaudo, Morgan Ribaudo, Brenna Livingston, Jeremy Livingston, Jacob Miller, Nathan Ribaudo, Jason Livingston and Brandon Livingston; his great grandchild Amber Livingston; and his brother Frank Livingston.
A memorial fund is being established for Missouri Disability Empowerment Foundation.
