He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Grover and Dorothy Johnson (Lewis); and his siblings, Germaine Haynes, Doyle Lewis, Robert Carson, Delbert Johnson and Gary Johnson.
He is survived by: his sister Val Holeman (Jan) of Monmouth, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with 2 sisters in law.
