Roger Nuckles Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Nuckles of Monmouth, Illinois, born in Abingdon, Illinois, who passed away on June 7, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Nuckles and Dorothy Nuckles (Lowrey); his daughter Stacey; his son-in-law Andrew Davidson; his parents-in-law, Charles and Lula Bickell; and his stepmother Ruth Nuckles.

He is survived by: his wife Norma Nuckles of Monmouth, IL; his daughters, Diana Campagna (Curtis) of Monmouth, IL, Chris Sprout (Todd) of Monmouth and Angie Widolff (Pete) of Galesburg, IL; his grandchildren, Amy Pulse (Jerry), Jessica Bundy (Tony), Jamie Umphryes (George), Robert Allen (Leticia), Megan Burton (Richard), Danielle Carter (Zac), Macy Helmeid (Brandon), Luke Widolff, Alyssa Widolff (Andrew Avalos), Ryan Campagna (Mandy) and Corey Campagna (Crystal); and his siblings, Ronnie Nuckles (Anita) of South Carolina, Lloyd Wakeland (Judy) of Keithsburg, IL, Brian Wakeland (Denise) of North Carolina and Francine Greenstreet (Brian) of Monmouth, IL. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and sent to the funeral home.
