It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Dean of Monmouth, Illinois, born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on May 4, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Dean and Honora Pauline Dean (Hayes); and his siblings, James P. Dean, Mike Dean and Tennessa J. Leon.
He is survived by: his former wife Sandra K. Chezem; his wife Sandy Dean of Monmouth, IL; his children, Tommy Dean (Marsha) of Knoxville, IL, Steve Crabill (Shelly) of Bloomington, IL, Debbie Newby of Olathe, KS and Julie Brodrick (Ray) of Monmouth, IL; his sister Mary Rita Krolicki of Farmington; and his brother-in-law Emanuel Leon of Sedona, AZ. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, all attendees must wear a mask and social distance.
Memorials may be given to Monmouth American Legion/VFW Honor Guard or St. Jude Children's Hospital and sent to the funeral home.
