He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Lee and Hulda L. Goodrich (Ryder). He is survived by: his wife Izola Goodrich of Monticello; his children, Dewey Goodrich of Monticello and Dana Vinson (Lawrence) of DeLand; his grandson Cody Vinson of Cookeville, TN; and his great grandchildren, Rayann, Jacob, Landon and Laine.

Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
