He was predeceased by: his brothers, Hugh Gadbury (Louise) and Berlie Gadbury (Shirley). He is survived by: his wife Norma Gadbury of Monticello; his children, Greg Gadbury (Linda) of Champaign, IL, Gaye Kulenkamp (Ron) of Clarkston, MI, Gloria Cardoni (Mike) of Monticello, IL, Gwen Donnals (Jackie) of Champaign, IL and Gary Gadbury (Carol) of Manhatten, KS.; his siblings' children, Marlene Rewerts (Lester) of Urbana, IL, Virginia Kickle of Mt. Zion, IL. and Roger Day; his grandchildren, Julie Gadbury, Johanna Jaworski (Mike), Jessie Gadbury (Louie), Lydia Hill (Nick), Samuel Gadbury, Kathleen Gadbury, Matthew Kulenkamp, John Cardoni (Crystal), Jeffrey Cardoni, James Cardoni (Shelby), Jeremy Donnals (Tosha) and Valerie Katzenstein (Mike); his sisters, Grace Gadbury, Stella Barger (Ronald), Elsie Snoke (Everett), Lillie Samuels (John) and Mary Sibbett (Joe); his siblings' children, Alfred Gadbury (Phyllis), Richard Gadbury (Toni), Ilene Gasser, Elizabeth Schlanser (Steve) and Waneta Ellis (Frank); and his grandchildren, Jamie Gady and Kara Kulenkamp.
Memorials may be given to the Monticello United Methodist Church, the American Legion of Monticello, or the Monticello VFW.
