He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon; and his parents, Marjorie Collins (Kurykendall) and Millard Collins. He is survived by: his children, Stacey and Brent; his grandchildren, Coby and Ryan; and his siblings, Rose Ely, Pat Schutt and Butch Collins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
