Peggy A. Keeter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy A. Keeter of Monticello, Illinois, born in Grove, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 15, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Compel Carey and Martha Carey (Melton); her husband Donald Ray Keeter; her siblings, Eddie, Rockey Carey and Phyllis Copeland; and her son-in-law Michael Ashmore.
She is survived by: her children, Wynoka Ashmore (Steve Doggitt), Kris Hicks (David), Carey Hardy (Mark) and Ron Keeter (Brenda); and her sister Sandra Dennen (John). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Piatt County Nursing Home Alzheimer's Unit.
