We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2020, at the age of 77, Peter August Mazurak of Monticello, Illinois, born in Berkeley, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Mazurak and Mabel Mazurak (Logan). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Mazurak of Monticello; and his children, Sara, Cameron and Klara. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandchild; and three brothers.
