Foley of Monticello, Illinois, born in Morgan City, Louisiana, who passed away on March 26, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul G. Foley and Erma Foley (McCann); his wife Bessie E. Brown; his daughter Betty Jo Anderson; and his sisters, Betty Klug and Vivian Hannon.
He is survived by: his children, Ed Foley (Susan) of Delano, MN, Sue Coates (Dan) of Thornton, CO, Jim Foley (Paula) of Gibson City and John Foley (Donna) of Monticello. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
