It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Franklin Neltner Jr. of Morton, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on February 16, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father James F. Neltner; and his father-in-law James E. Zilch. He is survived by : his girlfriend Laura J. Dunton; his children, Scott Neltner, Jodi Nichols (Brian), Kim Patacsil, Melissa Walton (Brett) and Aaron Dunton; and his brothers, Joseph Neltner (Connie) and Jeffrey Neltner (Suzanne). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the OSF HealthCare Cardiovascular Institute or American Heart Association.
