With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Ruth Ankenbrandt of Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on June 16, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Williams and Lula Williams (Wilson); her husband Farroll Ankenbrandt; and her siblings, James, Ellen and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Ankenbrandt (Jan) of Mount Carmel, Richard Ankenbrandt (Diana) of Huntley, IL and Paul Ankenbrandt (Candy) of Mount Carmel; her grandchildren, Janaya Michele Scaletta (Paul David), Aaron Owen Ankenbrandt, Ryan Richard Ankenbrandt (Courtney), Matthew Michael Ankenbrandt, Shawn Carter Ankenbrandt (Aubree) and Keri Sue Brinegar (Logan); her great grandchildren, Holly Marie, Valerie Ruth and Vivian Michele Scaletta; and her brother-in-law Vernon Deutsch. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
