Sullivan and Ruth; his sister Eva Chiovitti; his wife Lisa; his children, Michelle Walter (Patrick) of Mt. Carmel, James W. Sullivan (Kristen) of Mt. Carmel, Robert A. Sullivan (Megan) of Mt. Carmel, Karla Bizzarri (Michael) of Springfield, Marla Lenart (Dylan) of Hubbard and Laura Fortner (Brenten) of Mt. Carmel; and his grandchildren, Christian Johnson, Johnathan Johnson, Ariana Johnson, Allison Walter, Kinley Harris, Beckham Harris, Tayah Berberich, Everett Sullian, Kohen Sullivan, Athena Lenart, Rex Lenart, Ellyana Fortner and Isabella Fortner.
