Carmel; his grandchildren, Gary Lee Perry (Michael), Bethany Pack (Robert), Nick Perry (Rebecca), Michaela Perry (Trystan), Ashley Krug, Blain Perry (Mahaley) and Jacob Perry (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Kelsey Perry, Aleeah Perry, Ryan Perry, Ava Jones, Emma Thode, Atlas Termini, Kalin Perry, Laikley Perry, Brylie Hensley, Brailyn Pierce, Benn Rooney and Tate Perry; and his siblings, Donald Perry (Joanne) of Mt. Carmel, Phyllis Green of Mt. Carmel, Rator E. Perry of Mt. Carmel, Randy Perry of Indianapolis, IN and Theren Perry (Nancy) of Ellery, IL..
