We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2021, at the age of 60, Paul Haggard of Mount Carmel, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Jackson and Goldie Lee Haggard (Blair); and his siblings, Arlene Gillihan, Nellie Haggard and George Haggard.

He is survived by : his siblings, Tommy Haggard of Flora, IL, Jackie Woods of Washington and Naomi Cox of Mt. Carmel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
