It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jill L. Carlson (Mount Morris, Illinois), born in Oregon, Illinois, who passed away on January 31, 2019, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jay and Mary Bechtold; her parents, Jimmy Lee Utley and Diane Thompson; and her stepfather Charles Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Timm Carlson of Mt. Morris; her sons, Tyler Carlson (Elizabeth) of Cary, IL and Trace Carlson (Hannah Patnaik) of Washington, DC; her grandsons, Emmett and Grant Carlson; and her siblings, Jimmy Utley (Jessica) of Dixon and Susan Price (Dale) of Dixon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jill's name may be made to the Nachusa Grasslands, Let Freedom Ring, or Oregon High School Athletic Dept.
