She was predeceased by : her former life partner Don Fanetti; and her husband James Hutchins. She is survived by : her sister Wilma June Goldacker (John) of Mt. Olive; her stepsisters, Diana Pernichele of Wyoming and Laurie Pernichele of Colorado; her nieces, Leah Goldacker of Mt. Olive and Denise Garner of Staunton; and her nephew John C. Goldacker (Jill) of Jerseyville.
