We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2023, at the age of 93, Salvatore R. Polizzi of Mount Prospect, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne R. Polizzi; and his sons, Matthew (late Ann Heying) and Mark (Kathleen). He is survived by: his sons, Stephen (Cindy), Robert (Gail), Christopher (Kelli) and Michael (Pattie); and his grandchildren, Adam (Jackie), Stephanie Brown (Jared), Kayla, David, Theresa Juarez (Amy) of Anthony, AJ, Samantha (Dee), Nicholas, Alexander, Morgan, Evan, Stephanie Calow (Colin), Jamie Johnston (Mario), Taylor White (Shane) and Paige Hoffman (Randy).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Suncrest Hospice, 5 Revere Drive, Suite 130, Northbrook, IL 60062.
