He is survived by: his parent-in-law Jean Ann Howell (Browning); his girlfriend Colleen Rightnowar; his children, Tim Howell (Sonya) of Mount Vernon, IL, David Howell (Linda) of Crane Hill, Alabama and Stacey Staats (Wally) of Belle Rive, IL; his grandchildren, Chris Howell (Amy) of Pickneyville, IL, Shaun Howell, David Ray Howell (Dawn) of Alabama, Justin Howell of Mount Vernon, IL, Jared Howell of Mount Vernon, IL, Lacey of Mount Vernon, IL and Blake Storment of Mount Vernon, IL; his great grandchildren, Cassie Howell and Registered Nurse; and his siblings, Billie Howell, Betty Tate of Mount Vernon, IL and Cheryl Piper of Mount Vernon, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
