She was predeceased by : her father Anthony Fontana; her daughter Christine Wegrzyn; and her grandson Robert Joseph Wegrzyn. She is survived by : her husband Bradley Forsberg; her son Lance Forsberg (Elizabeth) of Carbondale, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Allison Forsberg, Ethan Forsberg and Oliver Wegrzyn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
